WHO WE ARE A.B.C. is a group of international animation and comic art collectors who have banded together in order to help others through our hobby.

MISSION STATEMENT To raise the human spirit and inspire the hero inside of those in need.

GOAL The members of A.B.C. are committed to donating their time and money to obtain special commissioned works of art by professional artists in the fields of comics and animation. A.B.C. will: Frame and donate original art for an organization to use in whatever charitable manner they choose. Frame and donate art to a child who has requested it or in need of moral support. • Tom Derenick Vamperilla - Beautifully rendered pencil illustration of Vampirella on comic size art board.
  Specifically commissioned from Tom by the Art Benefiting Children group to be auctioned off for charity. This piece was recently sold on E-bay for $151.38.

• Rebecca Guay Batman (image comming soon) - Original hand-painted cover illustration by Rebecca Guay. Rebecca has done many painted assignments for DC, Acclaim,Wizards of the Coast and TSR. Her finished card paintings are amazing and canrun up to $2000 and higher. Image size to this piece is 7" x 9.5". Donated and signed by Rebecca for the Art Benefiting Children charity. This piece was sold on E-bay for $130.00. A money order for the whole amount, $130.00 was donated to the "Make A Wish" Foundation.

• Mike Hoffman "The Protector" - A great painting by famous artist Mike Hoffman, titled "The Protector" featuring a woman protecting a child do for A.B.C. On "StonehengeGray" watercolor paper, and measures 10" by 12.5. This piece was sold on E-bay for $201.00.

• John Crawford Batgirl Pin Up - A wonderful piece by artist John Crawford, done and donated especially for A.B.C. In pencil meduim. This piece was sold on E-bay for $75.00. A money order for $75.00 was donated to the "Make A Wish" Foundation.

• Alex Horley Vamprilla Pin Up - A beautiful piece by famous artist Alex Horley done for the A.B.C. Foundation. This black and white, pin up is done in ink.
  Alex Horley was featured in such titles as Batman Master Series, Lobo, The Jack Kirby Collector, Conan, Frank Frazetta Fantasy Illustrated, and Heavy Metal. This piece was sold on E-bay for $169.50.A money order for $169.50 was donated to the "Make A Wish" Foundation.

• Archie #2 Cover - An original cover art by Dan Parent. This piece was sold on E-bay for $32.00. A money order for the whole amount and more, $35.00 was donated to the Special Olympics.

• Rudy Nebres Vamperilla - Original hand-painte pin up by Rudy Nebres of Vamperilla. Art size 11 x 14 inches, images size 10 x 13 inches. This piece was sold on E-bay for $177.50. A money order for the whole amount, $177.50 was donated to the Water For Children in Africa.

• Rebecca Guay painted "Veils" page - Original hand-painted page by Rebecca Guay from the DC/Vertigo graphic novel "Veils", page 62.
  A story written by Pat McGreal that features 2 women's introduction tolife in a Sultan's harem. Rebecca did fantastic original watercolors to the "story within a story" section of the book. She has done many painted assignments for DC, Acclaim, Wizards of the Coast and TSR. This page is standard 11 x 17 art size, with text on a clear acetate overlay. A money order for the whole amount, $106.18 was donated to the Children's Advocacy Center of Manhattan.

• Rebecca Guay painted cover - Original hand-painted cover illustration by Rebecca Guay. This is the art used (in a greatly reduced version) for the cover to TSR's ForgottenRealms Bestiary. Beautiful watercolors over pencil illustration of a ladyriding a Griffin. Rebecca has done many painted assignments for DC, Acclaim,Wizards of the Coast and TSR. Her finished card paintings are amazing and canrun up to $2000 and higher. Image size to this piece is 7" x 9.5". Donated and signed by Rebecca for the Art Benefiting Children charity. This piece was sold on E-bay for $53.50. A money order for the whole amount, $53.50 was donated to the The Children's Advocacy Center of Manhattan.

• George Perez color Tigra sketch - Original sketch of Marvel's Tigra character by George Perez. Created at this year's Wizardworld Chicago show. Original pencil and inks by Perez, then colored by Tom Smith at the CBLDF booth. Specially commissioned at Chicago for the Art Benefiting Children charity auction. George does very few sketches at his convention appearances. This piece was sold on E-bay for $81.00. A money order for the whole amount, $81.00 was donated to the Ronald McDonald House. We have also received a nice "thank you" card from them.

• Superboy and Krypto Cel - An original, hand-inked and painted production cel featuring Superboy and Krypto. From the 1969 Filmation "Superman/Aquaman Adventure Hour", this is a 2-layer cel featuring both Superboy and his pet dog Krypto. Comes on a hand painted (but non-matching) production background. This piece was sold on E-bay for $107.00. A money order for the whole amount, $107.00 was donated to the Ronald McDonald House. We have also received a nice "thank you" card from them.

• Dr. Doom - Original comic art by Byrne/Rubenstein . Dr. Doom from 1982. Marvel Universe #3, Pg 24. This piece was sold on E-bay for $511.01. The whole amount, $511.01 was donated to the "Make A Wish" Foundation. We have also received a nice "thank you" card and a receipt for our donation.

• The Lion King - a Disney Lithograph. This piece was donated to A.B.C., the members of A.B.C. framed it, and gave the picture to a Allegro, a company in New Jersey, which takes care of children, who happen to be autistic.

• Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - a Disney Lithograph. This piece was donated to A.B.C., the members of A.B.C. framed it, and gave the picture to a Allegro, a company in New Jersey, which takes care of children, who happen to be autistic.
